Building a Digital Home: Portfolio Website

Overview

A reusable workflow for building and shipping portfolio work.

This project packaged planning, build prompts, code review prompts, testing prompts, and visual direction into one execution system that produced a polished live website.

Problem

Idea quality often degrades between planning and implementation.

Most portfolio sites either skip strategy artifacts or ship without rigorous QA. That gap creates inconsistencies in message, quality, and user experience.

Approach

Break shipping into explicit artifact-driven stages.

2. Translate scope into implementation prompts for deterministic build execution.
3. Run structured review and testing passes before release.
4. Create on-brand illustration direction and finalize publication assets.
